Diabetes in Asia Study Group (DASG) is holding its first conference in collaboration with International Diabetes Federation (IDF) & Nepal Diabetes Association in Kathmandu-Nepal on 16-18 October, 2008 (Previously known as Diabetes in Asia Conference).

As Chairmen of DASG and of Local Organizing Committee, we feel honoured and privileged to inform you about the conference. The theme of the conference is “Implementation of Primary Prevention Strategies for Type 2 Diabetes”. This conference provides a great opportunity to share the latest scientific data on diabetes from the Asian Continent and other parts of the world. A large number of leading diabetologists and people involved in diabetes care in the Asian Continent, are expected to participate in this conference.
