Entry Visa can be arranged through Qatar Diabetes Association. Individual participants should sent clear passport copy through e-mail to qda-idf@qf.org.qa or fax 00974 4431901 at least 4 weeks before the Conference.
Copies should be clear and should include passport date of issue, expiry etc.
The Airport transportation will be arranged. Arrival, departure times and dates are required to process visa application and airport transpirations.
GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) Nationals do not require a visa. If you need assistance in obtaining your visa, the Congress Organizing Committee may be able to help. Please send your passport copy together with the registration and payment form attached. |
